2008 Members Picnic PayPal Booking

Booking your place at the 2008 Members Picnic by PayPal is simple, if you follow the steps below.

N.B. PLEASE READ ALL STEPS FIRST BEFORE CONTINUING TO THE PAYPAL CHECKOUT PAGE.

Step 1. Download and print off the Members Picnic booking form via this link.

Step 2. Select the booking you wish to make, from the options below. (If you wish to book more than one place select continue shopping on the paypal page and it will bring you back to make another selection.

Step 3. If you are a member please ensure that you click the +Membership Number link on the PayPal shopping basket page, this will open a text box where you can enter your membership number. This step is very important as it will help us match your payment to your membership.

Step 4. Once you have checkout via Paypal and the transaction is complete, add your PayPal Transaction ID to your booking form. The transaction ID can be found in the ‘Payment Details’ section of the payment confirmation email you get from PayPal after checkout.
Ensuring you perform this step will link your payment to your membership number, paypal payment and booking form.

Step 5. Finally, make sure all required details are filled in and either scan and email the completed form to info@herbsociety.org.uk or post it to:-
