Courgette & Fried Lovage Salad with soft Cheese

Sweet Potato & Bergamot Bhaji

Salad of pickled beetroot with tarragon & thyme accompanied by a yoghurt & coriander dressing

 Prawn & sweet cicely Rice Salad

Broad Bean & pea Puree with oregano, mint & lemon served with wholemeal pitta bread

Vegetable beignets with chive & parsley Mayonnaise

Pasta Salad with Oregano

Marinated Curried Chicken on the bone with coriander Pesto

Cardamon & Fenugreek Basmati Rice

Chunky Coleslaw flavoured with Ku Chai (garlic chives)

Selection of breads with butter or Sunflower margarine
